What Makes a Fat person Becomes Fatter ?

I make this post after I sorted out my clothes. I choose some clothes and put them in a box. There were some clothes that still fit with my body last year. I could use them and I also love them because of the colors and the design.

And you know what? Those clothes are not fit anymore. This is crazy. Yes, C-R-A-Z-Y

What makes a fat person becomes fatter? This is interesting and also kind of ironic.

I've tried some diets. I also avoid some foods on daily basis. And what happened? I could not use my clothes! I'm getting fat!

There are some reasons for this:

1. I am not honest with myself. I've cheated with my own diet program

2. I have not found a diet program that fits me well

3. I still do not have strong guts and passion about my diet plan

Oh no.... 

I have to change everything before it's too late..... I do not want to be a fat person for the rest of my life. 

Resep: Pindang Tahu

Halo semua,

Kemarin kegiatan saya cukup padat sampai-sampai mau menulis pun rasanya jadi malas - alasan - hehehe...

Kali ini saya mau membagi salah satu resep favorit. Tentunya pas buat orang yang sedang diet juga seperti si Gajah ini.

Resep ini hasil racikan ibu tercinta. Namanya Pindang tahu - Steamed Tofu

Kenapa pindang? Ya karena pada dasarnya, tahu di resep ini tidak digoreng atau ditumis. So, it is healthier than fried tofu, right?

Yuk kita lihat apa saja yang dibutuhkan dan cara memasaknya

Bahan-bahannya:

3 - 4 siung bawang putih - memarkan
3 siung bawang merah - diiris
1 batang serai - memarkan
3 lembar daun salam
1 cm kunyit - memarkan
garam
merica
kecap - sesuai selera
air
5 tahu - potong sesuai selera

Cara membuat:

1. Masukkan air, kurang lebih 5-7 gelas belimbing ke dalam panci
2. Masukkan tahu yang sudah dipotong-potong
3. Masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, serai, daun salam, kunyit
4. Beri garam, merica, kecap. Jangan terlalu banyak - yang penting ada rasa
5. Diamkan dan tunggu hingga mendidih
6. Hidangkan selagi hangat

Beres. Mudah, murah dan sehat.


Saya biasanya makan pindang tahu di saat makan malam. Jadi karena tidak makan nasi, saya menggantinya dengan tahu. Sekali makan saya bisa makan beberapa potong tahu. Lapar atau doyan? Hehe... dua-duanya mungkin.

Sewaktu saya sakit kemarin, nafsu makan menurun dan saya selalu merasa mual. Untuk menghilangkan rasa mual, Ibu saya membuatkan pindang tahu. Saat dimakan hangat-hangat, rasa mual itu hilang. Kuah dari pindang tahu memang sedap karena ada bahan-bahan tradisional yang kaya rasa. Dan percayalah, semakin lama pindang tahu semakin enak. Bumbunya semakin meresap.

Buat yang biasa makan masakan bersantan, mungkin pindang tahu ala rumahan ini rasanya tawar - seperti masakan orang sakit.

Ya, tapi bagi yang sedang diet, yang terpenting bukanlah rasa lagi. Yang dikejar adalah membatasi jumlah kalori dan lemak.

Orang Gemuk lagi Galau

Siapa bilang orang gemuk itu bawaannya bahagia terus? Kata siapa?

Mungkin orang gemuk kelihatannya ceria karena dianggapan kebanyakan orang, selama ada makanan ya orang gemuk pasti senang.

Salah besarrrrrrrr

Gemuk itu kan hanya penampakan luar. Tumpukan lemak di tubuh dan bukan kepribadian.

Orang gemuk juga bisa sedih. Bisa galau. Bisa tersinggung.

Huh

My Wish Before the New Year

God, I cannot ask more 

I just want to be slim, healthy and happy

I know that this is a long journey. Changing my habit is not easy, especially when I'm in the bad mood. I just want to forget the "hurt" and uncomfortable feelings in my heart by eating and putting anything into my mouth, even though I do not feel hungry.

This is not an excuse and I really know by weak point. 

Before I get married (someday), I want to wear my old clothes and be a healthier person.

Comfort Foods

Hi all,

As I said in the previous posts, I was terribly ill that I could not do my activities. Amazingly, I also lost my monstrous eating appetite. It was because I always wanted to vomit and had nausea feeling in throat.

I drank warm tea and had my medicines but it did not work.

At that time, there are some comfort foods that helped me a lot : warm vegetables soup and tofu

Maybe next time I will share the recipes.
