Hai All - Happy New Year

Assalamualaikum,

Apa kabar semua? Tahun baru semangat baru. Mau pamer dikit ahhh....

I've lost 1,4 kg! Gosh... I wish I could lose more weight. But, it's ok. It's all about process right?

I almost did not eat rice. I avoid chips, biscuits, snacks, cakes.. (Urggghhh.... for the sake of my diet)

I also eat more mineral water. Approximately, I drink 3 to 4 liter a day.

Next week, I want to lose more weight!

Fighting!
